धनुर्मुक्तैः शितैर्बाणैश्चर्म चार्ककरामलम् ॥

tasyāpatata evāśu khaḍgaṃ ciccheda caṇḍikā / dhanurmuktaiḥ śitair bāṇaiś carma cārkakarāmalam

Translation

അവൻ ആക്രമിച്ചു വരുമ്പോൾ ചണ്ഡിക വേഗത്തിൽ അവന്റെ വാൾ മുറിച്ചു; പിന്നെ തന്റെ വില്ലിൽ നിന്നു വിട്ട മൂർച്ചയുള്ള അമ്പുകളാൽ സൂര്യകിരണങ്ങളെപ്പോലെ ദീപ്തമായ അവന്റെ പരിചയും തുളച്ചു।
