तत्रान्धकारे सा रौही चकर्ष वसुधाधिपम् ।

पुच्छे लग्नं महाभागं कृशं धमनिसन्ततौ ॥

Transliteration

tatrāndhakāre sā rauhī cakarṣa vasudhādhipam | pucche lagnaṃ mahābhāgaṃ kṛśaṃ dhamanisantatau ||

Translation

അവിടെ ഇരുട്ടിൽ ആ റൗഹീ, തന്റെ വാലിൽ പിടിച്ചുകിടന്ന ഭൂമിപതിയെ വലിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുപോയി—അവൻ കുലീനനായിരുന്നാലും ക്ഷീണിതനായി, നാഡികൾ പൊങ്ങി തെളിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു.
