Adhyaya 51 — Yaksha Injunctions: Graha-Children and Female Spirits Causing Domestic and Ritual Disruptions
कुर्याच्छिखण्डिनोर्द्वन्द्वं रक्षार्थं कुट्रिमां स्त्रियम् ।
रक्षाश्चैव गृहे लेख्या वर्ज्याचोच्छिष्टता तथा ॥
kuryāc chikhaṇḍinor dvandvaṃ rakṣārthaṃ kuṭrimāṃ striyam | rakṣāś caiva gṛhe lekhyā varjyā cocchiṣṭatā tathā ||
സംരക്ഷണത്തിനായി ‘ശിഖണ്ഡിനി’ ദ്വയരൂപത്തിൽ ഒരു കൃത്രിമ സ്ത്രീ-പ്രതിമ നിർമ്മിക്കണം. വീട്ടിൽ രക്ഷാചിഹ്നങ്ങൾ വരയ്ക്കണം; ഉച്ഛിഷ്ടജന്യ അശുദ്ധി/ദൂഷണവും ഒഴിവാക്കണം.
