सुवार्च्चलौषधीस्नानात्तथा सच्छास्त्रकीर्तनात् ।

उष्ट्रकण्टकखड्गास्थि-क्षौमवस्त्रविधारणात् ॥

സുവാർച്ചലാ ഔഷധത്തിൽ സ്നാനം ചെയ്യുന്നതാൽ, സത്‌ശാസ്ത്ര ജപം/പാരായണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാൽ, കൂടാതെ ഖദിരകണ്ടകം, അസ്ഥിശൂലം (എലുമ്പുതാലി/തായത്ത്) 그리고 ക്ഷൗമവസ്ത്രം (ലിനൻ) ധരിക്കുന്നതാൽ (ഉപദ്രവം) ശമിക്കുന്നു.
