Adhyaya 44Subahu’s Counsel to the King of Kashi and Alarka’s Renunciation through Yoga

यथैकमर्थे यातानामेकस्मिन्नवसीदति ।

दुःखं भवति साधूनां ततास्माकं महीपते ॥

yathaika-marthe yātānām ekasminn avasīdati / duḥkhaṃ bhavati sādhūnāṃ tatāsmākaṃ mahīpate

ഒരേ ലക്ഷ്യത്തിനായി പുറപ്പെട്ട സജ്ജനന്മാരിൽ ഒരാൾ തളർന്നാൽ അത് സദ്ജനർക്കു ദുഃഖമാകുന്നതുപോലെ, ഹേ രാജാവേ, ഞങ്ങൾക്കും അങ്ങനെ തന്നെയാണ്।
