दुष्टास्ते पूयनिर्यास-भुजः सूचীমुखास्तु ते ।
जायन्ते गिरिवर्ष्माणः पश्यैते यादृशा नराः ॥
duṣṭāste pūyaniryāsa-bhujaḥ sūcīmukhāstu te / jāyante girivarṣmāṇaḥ paśyaite yādṛśā narāḥ
ആ ദുഷ്ടർ പൂയും ദുർഗന്ധമുള്ള സ്രാവങ്ങളും ഭക്ഷിക്കുന്നവരായി മാറുന്നു; സൂചിപോലുള്ള മുഖം ലഭിക്കുകയും പർവ്വതസമാന ദേഹത്തോടെ ജനിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു—കാണുക, ഇവർ എങ്ങനെയുള്ള ജീവികളാകുന്നു।
