Moral order (ṛta/dharma) is portrayed as enforced: harmful deeds lead to compelled experience of suffering, emphasizing accountability beyond social concealment.
Ancillary Dharma teaching; it uses the purāṇic authority to describe karmic adjudication (often grouped with vaṃśānucarita/didactic sections rather than core sarga topics).
Bondage and ‘release’ together indicate the paradox of compulsion: the soul is ‘let go’ only into the momentum of its own karma, rolling forward under prior causes.
