Adhyāya 6: Kaṅka (Yudhiṣṭhira) Seeks Refuge in Virāṭa’s Assembly
भविष्यत्यचिरादेव संग्रामे विजयस्तव । मम प्रसादान्निर्जित्य हत्वा कौरववाहिनीम्,देवी बोली--महाबाहु राजा युधिष्ठिर! मेरी बात सुनो। समर्थ राजन! शीघ्र ही तुम्हें संग्राममें विजय प्राप्त होगी। मेरे प्रसादसे कौरवसेनाको जीतकर उसका संहार करके तुम निष्कण्टक राज्य करोगे और पुन: इस पृथ्वीका सुख भोगोगे। राजन! तुम्हें भाइयोंसहित पूर्ण प्रसन्नता प्राप्त होगी
bhaviṣyaty acirād eva saṅgrāme vijayas tava | mama prasādān nirjitya hatvā kaurava-vāhinīm ||
വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു— അചിരത്തിൽ തന്നെ യുദ്ധവിജയം നിനക്കായിരിക്കും. എന്റെ പ്രസാദത്താൽ നീ കൗരവവാഹിനിയെ ജയിച്ച് സംഹരിക്കും. പിന്നെ ശത്രുകണ്ടകമില്ലാത്ത (നിഷ്കണ്ടക) രാജ്യം സ്ഥാപിച്ച് വീണ്ടും ഈ ഭൂമിയുടെ സുഖം അനുഭവിക്കും. ഹേ രാജാവേ! സഹോദരന്മാരോടുകൂടെ നീ പൂർണ്ണാനന്ദം പ്രാപിക്കും.
