कार्तिकेयश्व भगवांस्त्रिसंध्यं किल भारत । सांनिध्यमकरोमज्नित्यं भार्गवप्रियकाम्यया,भारत! शुक्राचार्यजीका प्रिय करनेके लिये भगवान्‌ कार्तिकेय भी वहाँ सदा तीनों संध्याओंके समय उपस्थित रहते हैं

Kārtikeyaś ca bhagavāṁs trisandhyaṁ kila Bhārata | sānnidhyam akarod nityaṁ Bhārgava-priya-kāmyayā ||

ഹേ ഭാരത, ഭാർഗവനെ (ശുക്രാചാര്യനെ) പ്രീതിപ്പെടുത്താൻ ആഗ്രഹിച്ച് ഭഗവാൻ കാർത്തികേയനും അവിടെ നിത്യവും മൂന്നു സന്ധ്യാകാലങ്ങളിലും സാന്നിധ്യം ചെയ്തിരുന്നുവെന്ന് പറയുന്നു।
