घुलस्त्य उवाच
The verse recommends pilgrimage to a renowned tīrtha and highlights the ethical-spiritual value of seeking places and company marked by tapas and divine presence—suggesting that disciplined travel and reverence can refine one’s character and strengthen dharmic living.
The speaker gives sequential guidance about visiting sacred sites: after the previous step, the listener is instructed to go next to the famous Auśanasa-tīrtha, described as a place associated with Brahmā, other gods, and austere sages.
