समुत्तस्थुर्महाराज वानरा लब्धचेतस: । यह सुनकर ब्रह्माजीने कहा--'ऐसा ही हो।' महाराज! उनके इतना कहते ही सभी वानर चेतना प्राप्त करके जी उठे

samutthasthur mahārāja vānarā labdhacetasaḥ |

മാർക്കണ്ഡേയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—മഹാരാജാവേ, ബോധം ലഭിച്ച വാനരന്മാർ എഴുന്നേറ്റു. ബ്രഹ്മാവ് “തഥാസ്തു” എന്നു അരുളി; ആ വാക്ക് പുറപ്പെട്ട ഉടനെ വാനരന്മാർ എല്ലാവരും വീണ്ടും ജീവിച്ചു എഴുന്നേറ്റു।
