राम उवाच अभिवादये त्वां राजेन्द्र यदि त्वं जनको मम । गमिष्यामि पुरी रम्यामयोध्यां शासनात् तव,श्रीरामचन्द्रजीने कहा--राजेन्द्र! यदि आप मेरे पिता हैं तो मैं आपको प्रणाम करता हूँ। आपकी आज्ञासे अब मैं रमणीय अयोध्यापुरीको लौट जाऊँगा
rāma uvāca | abhivādaye tvāṃ rājendra yadi tvaṃ janako mama | gamiṣyāmi purīṃ ramyām ayodhyāṃ śāsanāt tava ||
രാമൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ രാജേന്ദ്രാ! നിങ്ങൾ സത്യമായും എന്റെ പിതാവ് ജനകനാണെങ്കിൽ, ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ വന്ദിക്കുന്നു. നിങ്ങളുടെ ആജ്ഞപ്രകാരം ഇനി ഞാൻ മനോഹരമായ അയോധ്യാനഗരിയിലേക്കു പുറപ്പെടും.
