धारा दिवि च सम्बद्धा वसुधायां च सर्वश: । व्यामोहयन्त मां तत्र निपतन्त्योडनिशं भुवि,स्वर्गसे लेकर पृथ्वीतक एक सूत्रमें आबद्ध-सी होकर पृथ्वीपर सब ओर जलकी धाराएँ लगातार गिर रही थीं, जिन्होंने वहाँ मुझे मोहमें डाल दिया था

dhārā divi ca sambaddhā vasudhāyāṃ ca sarvaśaḥ | vyāmohayanta māṃ tatra nipatantyoḍaniśaṃ bhuvi ||

സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ഭൂമിവരെ ഒരേ നൂലിൽ ബന്ധിച്ചതുപോലെ ജലധാരകൾ എല്ലാടവും ഇടവിടാതെ നിലത്തേക്ക് പതിച്ചു; അവരുടെ അക്ഷയപതനം അവിടെ എന്റെ മനസ്സിനെ വ്യാമോഹത്തിലാക്കി.
