Arjuna’s Arrival and Reunion on the Sacred Mountain
विद्युद्रूपां महाघोरामाकाशे महतीं गदाम् । शरैरबहुभिरभ्यार्च्छद् भीमसेन: शिलाशितै:,वह विशाल एवं महा भयंकर गदा आकाशमें विद्युतकी भाँति चमक उठी। यह देख भीमसेनने पत्थर पर रगड़कर तेज किये हुए बहुत-से बाणोंद्वारा उसपर आघात किया
vidyudrūpāṃ mahāghorām ākāśe mahatīṃ gadām | śarair bahubhir abhyarcchad bhīmasenaḥ śilāśitaiḥ ||
ആകാശത്ത് ആ മഹത്തായ അതിഭീകര ഗദ മിന്നലുപോലെ ജ്വലിച്ചു. അത് കണ്ട ഭീമസേനൻ കല്ലിൽ ഉരച്ച് മൂർച്ചപ്പെടുത്തിയ അനവധി അമ്പുകളാൽ അതിനെ പ്രഹരിച്ചു।
