पृथगक्षौहिणी भ्यां तु पाण्डवानभिसंश्रितौ | महारथौ समाख्यातावुभौ पुरुषमानिनौ,अपनेको पौरुषशाली वीर माननेवाले वे दोनों विख्यात महारथी अलग-अलग एक-एक अक्षौहिणी सेनाके साथ पाण्डवोंकी सहायताके लिये आये हैं

Transliteration

pṛthag akṣauhiṇībhyāṃ tu pāṇḍavān abhiśaṃśritau | mahārathau samākhyātāv ubhau puruṣamāninau ||

Translation

സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—“സ്വപൗരുഷത്തിൽ അഭിമാനം പുലർത്തുന്ന ആ രണ്ടു പ്രസിദ്ധ മഹാരഥന്മാർ വേർവേറായി ഓരോ അക്ഷൗഹിണി സൈന്യവുമായി പാണ്ഡവരുടെ പക്കൽ ചേർന്നു.”
