Educational Q&A

Legitimate authority in the cosmos is established through dharmic appointment: even exalted rulers among the gods accept a higher, rightful command, showing that power is to be ordered and accountable within a moral hierarchy.

Vaiśampāyana narrates that Brahmā, the grandsire of beings, issues an authoritative directive placing the renowned leaders of the divine hosts under the command of Kumāra, thereby consolidating leadership and order among the gods.
