यदा शूरं च भीरुं च मारयत्यन्तक: सदा | को नु मूढो न युध्येत पुरुष: क्षत्रियो ध्रुवम्‌

അന്തകൻ (മരണം) എപ്പോഴും ശൂരനെയും ഭീരുവിനെയും ഒരുപോലെ സംഹരിക്കുമ്പോൾ, ക്ഷത്രിയനായ ഏത് മൂഢൻ തന്നെയാണ് യുദ്ധം ചെയ്യാതെ ഇരിക്കുക?
