कर्णनिधनवृत्तान्तनिवेदनम् | Reporting Karṇa’s Fall to Yudhiṣṭhira
अथ दस्युभयात् केचित् तदा तद् वनमाविशन् | तत्रापि दस्यव: क्रुद्धास्तानमार्गन्त यत्नतः,एक दिनकी बात है, कुछ लोग लुटेरोंके भयसे छिपनेके लिये उस वनमें घुस गये; परंतु वे लुटेरे कुपित हो वहाँ भी उन लोगोंका यत्नपूर्वक अनुसंधान करने लगे
atha dasyubhayāt kecit tadā tad vanam āviśan | tatrāpi dasyavaḥ kruddhās tān amārganta yatnataḥ ||
അപ്പോൾ കള്ളന്മാരുടെ ഭയത്താൽ ചിലർ ഒളിക്കാനായി ആ വനത്തിലേക്ക് കടന്നു. എന്നാൽ അവിടെയും ക്രോധിച്ച ദസ്യുക്കൾ അവരെ പരിശ്രമത്തോടെ തിരയാൻ തുടങ്ങി.
