പിന്നീട് സൗഭദ്രനായ അഭിമന്യു അശ്മകരുടെ ആ വീരാധിപനെ വധിച്ചപ്പോൾ യുദ്ധത്തിന്റെ ഗതി മാറിപ്പോയി.
