dīpyamānā maholkeva tiṣṭhatyasya hi vāsavī | tvadartha hi mahābāhoṃ sūtaputreṇa saṃyuge
ഹേ മഹാബാഹോ! അവന്റെ പക്കൽ വാസവീ (ഇന്ദ്രശക്തി) മഹാ ഉൽക്കപോലെ ജ്വലിച്ചു നിലകൊള്ളുന്നു; അത് നിനക്കായിട്ടാണ് അവൻ കൈവശം വച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്—യുദ്ധത്തിൽ സൂതപുത്രനോടു വിരോധമായി പ്രയോഗിക്കാനായി.
श्रीवायुदेव उवाच
