तौ वीक्ष्य तु महात्मानौ कृतिनौ चित्रयोधिनौ
tau vīkṣya tu mahātmānau kṛtinau citrayodhinau
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ആ രണ്ടു മഹാത്മാക്കളെ—കൃതിനർ, സിദ്ധഹസ്തർ, വിചിത്രയോധികൾ—കണ്ടപ്പോൾ യുദ്ധഭൂമിയുടെ ദൃശ്യം അവരുടെ സാന്നിധ്യത്തിലും പരാക്രമത്തിലും കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചു; വരാനിരിക്കുന്ന സമരത്തിന്റെ ധർമ്മഭാരം അവരുടെ തേജസ്സാൽ കൂടുതൽ തെളിഞ്ഞു।
