सम्बन्ध-- ऐसे नास्तिक सिद्धान्तके माननेवालोंके स्वभाव और आचरण कैसे होते हैं? इस जिज्ञासापर अब भगवान् अगले चार श्लोकोंमें उनके लक्षणोंका वर्णन करते हैं-- एतां दृष्टिमवष्ट भ्य नष्टात्मानो5ल्पबुद्धय: । प्रभवन्त्युग्रकर्माण: क्षयाय जगतो5हिता:
etāṁ dṛṣṭim avaṣṭabhya naṣṭātmāno 'lpabuddhayaḥ | prabhavanty ugra-karmāṇaḥ kṣayāya jagato 'hitāḥ ||
ഈ മിഥ്യാദൃഷ്ടിയെ ആശ്രയിച്ച്—അന്തരസ്വഭാവം നശിച്ചവരും ബുദ്ധി അല്പമായവരും—ഉഗ്രവും ക്രൂരവുമായ പ്രവൃത്തികളിലേക്കു തിരിയുന്നു. എല്ലാവരുടെയും ക്ഷേമത്തിന് വൈരികളായി അവർ ലോകത്തെ നാശത്തിലേക്കു നയിക്കുന്നു.
