Aṣṭāvakra and the Woman: Disclosure, Permission, and Marital Resolution (अनुशासन पर्व, अध्याय २२)
यथा पर शक्तिधुतेर्न व्युत्थास्ये कथंचन । न रोचते हि व्युत्थानं सत्येनासादयाम्यहम्
yathā paraśaktidhuter na vyutthāsye kathaṃcana | na rocate hi vyutthānaṃ satyenāsādayāmy aham ||
പരമ അന്തഃശക്തിയും അചഞ്ചല ധൈര്യവും എന്നെ താങ്ങിനിൽക്കുന്നിടത്തോളം ഞാൻ ഒരുവിധത്തിലും കുലുങ്ങുകയില്ല. ധർമ്മപഥത്തിൽ നിന്ന് വഴുതുക എനിക്ക് രുചിക്കുന്നതല്ല; അതിനാൽ സത്യത്താലും ധർമ്മസമ്മതമായ നിയമവിധിയാലും മാത്രമേ ഞാൻ എന്റെ അഭിലഷിത ഭാര്യയെ പ്രാപിക്കൂ.
