युगरूपो महारूपो महानागहनोडवध: । न्यायनिर्वपण: पाद: पण्डितो हृचलोपम:

Transliteration

yugarūpo mahārūpo mahānāgahanodavadhaḥ | nyāyanirvapaṇaḥ pādaḥ paṇḍito ’calopamaḥ ||

Translation

വായുദേവൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അവൻ യുഗങ്ങളുടെ തന്നെ സ്വരൂപം; മഹത്തും വിശാലവുമായ രൂപധാരി; മഹാബലനായ ഗജാസുരനെ വധിച്ചവൻ; അവധ്യൻ, അമരൻ. നീതിയനുസരിച്ച് ദാനം വിതരുന്നവൻ; ശരണാഗതർക്കു ഉറച്ച ആശ്രയം; യഥാർത്ഥ പണ്ഡിതൻ; പർവ്വതംപോലെ അചഞ്ചലൻ.
