Discerning Dharma in Accord with Time
प्राणातिपाते यो रौद्रो दण्डहस्तोद्यतः सदा । नित्यमुद्यतशस्त्रश्न हन्ति भूतगणान् नर:
prāṇātipāte yo raudro daṇḍahastodyataḥ sadā | nityam udyataśastraś ca hanti bhūtagāṇān naraḥ || evaṃbhūto naro devi nirayaṃ pratipadyate |
ദേവി! പ്രാണഹരണത്തിൽ ക്രൂരനായി, കൈയിൽ ദണ്ഡം പിടിച്ച് സദാ സന്നദ്ധനായി നിൽക്കുകയും, നിത്യവും ആയുധം ഉയർത്തി ജീവികളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തെ വധിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ—അത്തരംവൻ, ദേവി, നരകത്തെ പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു.
