ब्राह्मणपूजायां व्युष्टिः — Vyuṣṭi (Merit-Outcome) of Honoring Brāhmaṇas: Kṛṣṇa and Durvāsā
ततो मुनिगणा: सर्वे नारदं देवदर्शनम् । तदा नियोजयामासुर्वचने वाक्यकोविदम्,तदनन्तर उन सभी मुनियोंने बातचीत करनेमें कुशल देवदर्शी नारदको भगवान्की बातचीतका उत्तर देनेके लिये नियुक्त किया
tato munigaṇāḥ sarve nāradaṃ devadarśanam | tadā niyojayāmāsur vacane vākyakovidam ||
അതിനുശേഷം എല്ലാ മുനിഗണങ്ങളും ദേവദർശനമുള്ളതും വാക്ചാതുര്യമുള്ളതുമായ നാരദനെ ഭഗവാനോടുള്ള സംഭാഷണത്തിൽ മറുപടി പറയാൻ നിയോഗിച്ചു।
वायुदेव उवाच
A dharmic assembly should entrust serious dialogue to a person who combines spiritual insight (devadarśana) with disciplined eloquence (vākyakovida), so that the response is truthful, appropriate, and beneficial.
After a prior exchange, the gathered sages collectively choose Nārada—famed for divine perception and mastery of speech—to speak in reply, effectively making him their representative in the conversation.
