Garuḍa–Śakra Saṃvāda and the Retrieval of Amṛta (गरुड–शक्र संवादः अमृत-अपहरण-प्रसङ्गः)
अतिदैवं तु तत् तस्य कर्म दृष्टवा महर्षय: । विस्मयोत्कम्पह्दया नाम चक्रुर्महाखगे
atidaivaṁ tu tat tasya karma dṛṣṭvā maharṣayaḥ | vismayotkampahṛdayā nāma cakrur mahākhage ||
ദേവന്മാർക്കും അതീതമെന്നു തോന്നുന്ന ഗരുഡന്റെ ആ അതിദൈവിക കൃത്യം കണ്ട മഹർഷിമാർ വിസ്മയത്തിൽ മുങ്ങി. അത്ഭുതം കൊണ്ട് അവരുടെ ഹൃദയം വിറച്ചു; ആ മഹാഖഗന് അവന്റെ കർമമഹിമയെ അടയാളപ്പെടുത്തുന്നൊരു നാമം അവർ നൽകി.
