Cause of Kalmāṣapāda’s Niyoga under a Curse
वारिणा च सुशीतेन शिरस्तस्याभ्यषेचयत् । अस्फुटन्मुकुटं राज्ञ: पुण्डरीकसुगन्धिना
vāriṇā ca suśītena śirastasya abhyasecayat | asphuṭan mukuṭaṁ rājñaḥ puṇḍarīka-sugandhinā |
അവൻ പദ്മസുഗന്ധമുള്ള അതിശീതളജലം കൊണ്ട് രാജാവിന്റെ ശിരസ്സിൽ അഭിഷേകം ചെയ്തു. രാജാവിന്റെ മുകുടം പൊട്ടിപ്പിളർന്നിരുന്നില്ല—അതുകൊണ്ട് യുദ്ധത്തിൽ അദ്ദേഹം പരിക്കേറ്റിട്ടില്ലെന്ന് വ്യക്തമായി।
