Transliteration

Vaiśampāyana uvāca: tataḥ sampūjito droṇo bhīṣmeṇa dvipadāṁ varaḥ | viśaśrāma mahātejāḥ pūjitaḥ kuruveśmani ||

Translation

വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ജനമേജയാ! തുടർന്ന് ദ്വിപദങ്ങളിൽ ശ്രേഷ്ഠനായ മഹാതേജസ്വി ദ്രോണൻ ഭീഷ്മനാൽ സമ്യക്പൂജിതനായി കുരുവീട്ടിൽ വിശ്രമിച്ചു; അവിടെ അവന് യഥോചിതമായ സത്കാരം ലഭിച്ചു.
