Droṇa’s Ācārya-Dakṣiṇā: Capture of Drupada and Division of Pāñcāla (द्रोण-आचार्यदक्षिणा)
मा द्राक्षीस्त्वं कुलस्यास्य घोरं संक्षयमात्मन: । तथेति समनुज्ञाय सा प्रविश्याब्रवीत् स्नुषाम्
mā drākṣīs tvaṁ kulasyāsya ghoraṁ saṁkṣayam ātmanaḥ | tatheti samanujñāya sā praviśyābravīt snuṣām ||
വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—നീ സ്വന്തം കണ്ണുകളാൽ ഈ വംശത്തിന്റെ ഭീകര നാശം കാണരുത്. ‘തഥാസ്തു’ എന്നു സമ്മതിച്ച് അവൾ അകത്തു കടന്ന് മരുമകളോടു പറഞ്ഞു।
