The Birth of Kṛpa and Kṛpī; Kṛpa’s Attainment of Astras
पितृदेवर्षिमनुजैददेयं तेभ्यश्व धर्मत: । एतानि तु यथाकालं यो न बुध्यति मानव:
Vaiśaṃpāyana uvāca: pitṛ-devarṣi-manujaiḥ dade yaṃ tebhyaś ca dharmataḥ | etāni tu yathākālaṃ yo na budhyati mānavaḥ ||
വൈശംപായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു— ധർമ്മപ്രകാരം പിതാക്കന്മാർക്കും ദേവന്മാർക്കും ഋഷിമാർക്കും മനുഷ്യർക്കും നൽകേണ്ടത് നൽകണം. എന്നാൽ യഥാകാലം ഈ ബാധ്യതകൾ തിരിച്ചറിയാത്ത മനുഷ്യന് പുണ്യലോകങ്ങൾ എളുപ്പത്തിൽ ലഭ്യമാകില്ല.
