वैशम्पायन उवाच ततः सत्यवती भीष्मं वाचा संसज्जमानया । विहसन्तीव सत्रीडमिदं वचनमब्रवीत्
vaiśampāyana uvāca tataḥ satyavatī bhīṣmaṃ vācā saṃsajjamānayā | vihasantīva sa-trīḍam idaṃ vacanam abravīt |
വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ജനമേജയ! തുടർന്ന് സത്യവതി മടിയാൽ മന്ദമായ ശബ്ദത്തോടെ, സ്ത്രീസഹജമായ ലജ്ജയും മന്ദഹാസത്തിന്റെ ഛായയും ചേർത്ത്, ഭീഷ്മനോട് ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞു।
