श्रुतिमद्भिश् च विप्रेन्द्रैः संसिद्धैश् च तपस्विभिः प्रतिमासं तथाष्टम्यां प्रतिमासं चतुर्दशीम्

Transliteration

śrutimadbhiś ca viprendraiḥ saṃsiddhaiś ca tapasvibhiḥ pratimāsaṃ tathāṣṭamyāṃ pratimāsaṃ caturdaśīm

Translation

വേദജ്ഞരായ ദ്വിജശ്രേഷ്ഠരും സിദ്ധ തപസ്വികളും ഓരോ മാസവും അഷ്ടമി തിഥിയിലും, അതുപോലെ ഓരോ മാസവും ചതുര്ദശി തിഥിയിലും ഈ ആചാരം ഭക്തിയോടെ പാലിക്കുന്നു.
