Shloka 52

अध्याय 91: अरिष्ट-लक्षण, मृत्यु-संस्कार, पाशुपत-धारणा तथा ओङ्कार-उपासना

मात्रा चार्धं च तिस्रस्तु विज्ञेयाः परमार्थतः तत्प्रयुक्तस्तु यो योगी तस्य सालोक्यमाप्नुयात्

mātrā cārdhaṃ ca tisrastu vijñeyāḥ paramārthataḥ tatprayuktastu yo yogī tasya sālokyamāpnuyāt

പരമാർത്ഥത്തിൽ മൂന്നു മാത്രകളും അർദ്ധമാത്രയും യഥാർത്ഥമായി അറിയണം. ആ മിതയുക്ത ജപ-ഉച്ചാരണം ശരിയായി പ്രയോഗിക്കുന്ന യോഗി, പാശബന്ധിത പശുവിനെ പാശത്തിൽ നിന്ന് മോചിപ്പിക്കുന്ന പതി ശിവന്റെ സാലോക്യം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു।
