Shloka 105

उमामहेश्वरव्रतं—पञ्चाक्षरमन्त्रस्य माहात्म्यं, न्यासः, जपविधिः, सदाचारः, विनियोगः

प्राणायामाद्भवेत्क्षिप्रं सर्वपापपरिक्षयः इन्द्रियाणां वशित्वं च तस्मात्प्राणांश् च संयमेत्

prāṇāyāmādbhavetkṣipraṃ sarvapāpaparikṣayaḥ indriyāṇāṃ vaśitvaṃ ca tasmātprāṇāṃś ca saṃyamet

പ്രാണായാമം കൊണ്ടു വേഗത്തിൽ സർവ്വപാപക്ഷയം സംഭവിക്കുന്നു; ഇന്ദ്രിയവശതയും ലഭിക്കുന്നു; അതുകൊണ്ട് പ്രാണപ്രവാഹത്തെ സംയമിച്ച് നിയന്ത്രിക്കണം।
