गुणत्रयं क्रमेणैव मण्डलोपरि भावयेत् सत्त्वस्थं चिन्तयेद्रुद्रं स्वशक्त्या परिमण्डितम्

മണ്ഡലത്തിന്മേൽ ക്രമമായി ത്രിഗുണങ്ങളെ ഭാവിക്കണം. തുടർന്ന് സത്ത്വസ്ഥനായി, സ്വശക്തിയാൽ പരിമണ്ഡിതനായ രുദ്രനെ ധ്യാനിക്കണം।
