Adhyaya 8: Yogasthanas, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama-Siddhi, and Shiva-Dhyana leading to Samadhi

ज्ञानेन निर्दहेत्पापं निरुध्य विषयान् सदा निरुद्धेन्द्रियवृत्तेस्तु योगसिद्धिर्भविष्यति

jñānena nirdahetpāpaṃ nirudhya viṣayān sadā niruddhendriyavṛttestu yogasiddhirbhaviṣyati

ജ്ഞാനത്താൽ പാപം ദഹിപ്പിക്കണം; വിഷയങ്ങളെ എന്നും നിയന്ത്രിക്കണം. ഇന്ദ്രിയവൃത്തികൾ പൂർണ്ണമായി നിരോധിക്കപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ യോഗസിദ്ധി നിർഭാഗ്യമായി ലഭിക്കുന്നു.
