Vibhaga 1, Adhyaya 74 — ब्रह्मप्रोक्तलिङ्गार्चनविधिः

Materials, Classes, and Fruits of Linga-Worship

मृन्मयं क्षणिकं वापि भक्त्या स्थाप्य फलं शुभम् सुरेन्द्राम्भोजगर्भाग्नियमाम्बुपधनेश्वरैः

mṛnmayaṃ kṣaṇikaṃ vāpi bhaktyā sthāpya phalaṃ śubham surendrāmbhojagarbhāgniyamāmbupadhaneśvaraiḥ

ആരെങ്കിലും ഭക്തിയോടെ മണ്ണിൽ നിന്നുള്ള—even ക്ഷണികമായ—ലിംഗം സ്ഥാപിച്ചാൽ, ആ ശുഭകർമ്മഫലം ഇന്ദ്രൻ, പദ്മജനായ ബ്രഹ്മാവ്, അഗ്നി, യമൻ, വരുണൻ, കുബേരൻ, ഈശാനൻ എന്നീ ദിക്പാലന്മാർക്കും സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുന്നു।
