Adhyaya 71: पुरत्रयवृत्तान्तः—ब्रह्मवरदानम्, मयकृतत्रिपुर-निर्माणम्, विष्णुमाया-धर्मविघ्नः, शिवस्तुति, त्रिपुरदाहोपक्रमः

देवकार्यं करिष्यामि प्रसादात्परमेष्ठिनः पापं विचारतो नास्ति धर्मिष्ठानां न संशयः

devakāryaṃ kariṣyāmi prasādātparameṣṭhinaḥ pāpaṃ vicārato nāsti dharmiṣṭhānāṃ na saṃśayaḥ

“പരമേഷ്ഠിൻ (പരമേശ്വരൻ)ന്റെ പ്രസാദത്താൽ ഞാൻ ദേവകാര്യവും നിർവഹിക്കും. ധർമ്മനിഷ്ഠർക്കു സത്യപരിശോധനയിൽ പാപമില്ല—ഇതിൽ സംശയമില്ല.”
