Adhyaya 70: आदिसर्गः—महत्-अहङ्कार-तन्मात्रा-भूतसृष्टिः, ब्रह्माण्डावरणम्, प्रजासर्गः, त्रिमूर्ति-शैवाधिष्ठानम्

पुरुषाधिष्ठितत्वाच्च अव्यक्तानुग्रहेण च अण्ड महादयो विशेषान्ता ह्य् अण्डमुत्पादयन्ति ते

Transliteration

puruṣādhiṣṭhitatvācca avyaktānugraheṇa ca aṇḍa mahādayo viśeṣāntā hy aṇḍamutpādayanti te

Translation

പുരുഷൻ (പരമ പതി) അധിഷ്ഠാനമായതിനാലും, അവ്യക്തത്തിന്റെ അനുഗ്രഹപ്രേരണയാലും, മഹത് മുതലായവ മുതൽ വിശേഷതത്ത്വങ്ങൾ വരെ അവയെല്ലാം ചേർന്ന് ബ്രഹ്മാണ്ഡരൂപമായ അണ്ഡത്തെ ഉത്പാദിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
