प्रसाद-ज्ञान-योग-मोक्षक्रमः तथा व्यास-रुद्रावतार-मन्वन्तर-परम्परा
पराशरश् च गर्गश् च भार्गवश्चाङ्गिरास् तथा बलबन्धुर् निरामित्रः केतुशृङ्गस्तपोधनः
parāśaraś ca gargaś ca bhārgavaścāṅgirās tathā balabandhur nirāmitraḥ ketuśṛṅgastapodhanaḥ
പരാശരൻ, ഗർഗൻ, ഭാർഗവൻ, അങ്ങിരസൻ; കൂടാതെ ബലബന്ധു, നിരാമിത്ര, കേതുശൃംഗൻ—ഇവർ എല്ലാവരും തപോധന ഋഷിമാർ. ശൈവമാർഗം ധരിച്ചു, തപസ്-നിയമങ്ങളാൽ മോക്ഷസാധനയിൽ നിഷ്ഠരായിരുന്നു.
