Adhyaya 63: Daksha’s Progeny, Kashyapa’s Offspring, and the Rishi-Vamshas that Sustain the Worlds

कद्रूः सहस्रशिरसां सहस्रं प्राप सुव्रता प्रधानास्तेषु विख्याताः षड्विंशतिरनुत्तमाः

kadrūḥ sahasraśirasāṃ sahasraṃ prāpa suvratā pradhānāsteṣu vikhyātāḥ ṣaḍviṃśatiranuttamāḥ

സുവ്രതയായ കദ്രൂ ആയിരം തലകളുള്ള ആയിരം സർപ്പങ്ങളെ പ്രസവിച്ചു; അവരിൽ ഇരുപത്താറ് പേർ പ്രധാനരും പ്രസിദ്ധരും അനുത്തമരുമായിരുന്നു।
