Suta Goswami
It frames nature’s climatic forces as orderly emanations within Shiva’s cosmic governance (Pati), encouraging the worshipper to see elemental balance and purity as part of approaching the Linga with sattva and restraint.
By presenting regulated nāḍīs and measured rays, it implies Shiva-tattva as the supreme ordering intelligence behind manifestation—Pati who structures the play of elements that bind or liberate the pashu depending on alignment with dharma.
It indirectly points to nāḍī-śuddhi and prāṇa-regulation in Pāśupata-oriented discipline: as cosmic nāḍīs carry cooling forces, the sādhaka purifies inner channels to calm rajas, loosen pāśa (bondage), and steady devotion to the Linga.
