कुशमुष्टिं तदादाय दधीचः संस्मरन्भवम् ससर्ज सर्वदेवेभ्यो वज्रास्थिः सर्वतो वशी

kuśamuṣṭiṃ tadādāya dadhīcaḥ saṃsmaranbhavam sasarja sarvadevebhyo vajrāsthiḥ sarvato vaśī

അപ്പോൾ ദധീചി കുശപ്പുല്ലിന്റെ ഒരു മുത്തി എടുത്ത് ഭവൻ (ശിവൻ)നെ സ്മരിച്ചു; സർവ്വത്തെ വശീകരിക്കുന്ന ആ ഋഷി ദേവന്മാർക്ക് വജ്രസമമായ തന്റെ അസ്ഥികൾ അർപ്പിച്ചു।
