Adhyaya 23: श्वेत-लोहित-पीत-कृष्ण-विश्व-कल्पेषु रुद्रस्वरूप-गायत्री-तत्त्ववर्णनम्

तस्माच्चतुर्युगावस्थं जगद्वै सचराचरम् चतुर्धावस्थितश्चैव चतुष्पादो भविष्यति

Transliteration

tasmāccaturyugāvasthaṃ jagadvai sacarācaram caturdhāvasthitaścaiva catuṣpādo bhaviṣyati

Translation

അതുകൊണ്ട് ഈ സമസ്ത ജഗത്ത്—ചരവും അചരവും ഉൾപ്പെടെ—ചതുര്യുഗാവസ്ഥയിൽ നിലകൊള്ളുന്നു; ചതുർധാ ക്രമീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ട് ധർമ്മം ചതുഷ്പാദരൂപത്തിൽ പ്രത്യക്ഷമാകും।
