ह्रादस्य धमनिर्भार्यासूत वातापिमिल्वलम् । योऽगस्त्याय त्वतिथये पेचे वातापिमिल्वल: ॥ १५ ॥
hrādasya dhamanir bhāryā- sūta vātāpim ilvalam yo ’gastyāya tv atithaye pece vātāpim ilvalaḥ
ഹ്ലാദന്റെ ഭാര്യ ധമനി ആയിരുന്നു. അവൾക്ക് വാതാപി, ഇൽവലൻ എന്നിങ്ങനെ രണ്ടു പുത്രന്മാർ ജനിച്ചു. അഗസ്ത്യ മുനി ഇൽവലന്റെ അതിഥിയായപ്പോൾ, ഇൽവലൻ ആടിന്റെ രൂപത്തിലുള്ള വാതാപിയെ പാചകം ചെയ്ത് വിരുന്നായി സമർപ്പിച്ചു.
