अंहोमुचं वृषभं यज्ञियानां विराजन्तं प्रथममध्वराणाम्। अपां नपातमश्विना हुवे धिय इन्द्रियेण त इन्द्रियं दत्तमोजः

IAST Transliteration

aṃhómúcaṃ vr̥ṣabháṃ yajñíyānāṃ virā́jantaṃ prathamám adhvarā́ṇām | apā́ṃ napā́tam aśvínā huvè dhíya indriyéṇa te indriyáṃ dattám ójaḥ

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

The releaser from anguish, the Bull of the worshipful, shining, the first of sacrifices; the Child of the Waters—O Aśvins, him I invoke with prayers. By your vital power grant ye vital power—bestow might.

Translation

അംഹഃ (ക്ലേശം) നിന്ന് മോചിപ്പിക്കുന്നവൻ, യജ്ഞാർഹന്മാരുടെ വൃഷഭൻ, ദീപ്തനായവൻ, അധ്വര (യജ്ഞ)ങ്ങളിൽ ആദ്യൻ—അപാം നപാത്; ഹേ അശ്വിന്മാരേ, ധീ (പ്രാർത്ഥന/ബുദ്ധി)യാൽ അവനെ ഞാൻ ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്യുന്നു. നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇന്ദ്രിയബലത്താൽ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇന്ദ്രിയബലം നൽകുക; ഓജസ് (ശക്തി) ദാനം ചെയ്യുക.
