एनीर्धाना हरिणीः श्येनीरस्य कृष्णा धाना रोहिणीर्धेनवस्ते । तिलवत्सा ऊर्जमस्मै दुहाना विश्वाहा सन्त्वनपस्फुरन्तीः

IAST Transliteration

enī́r dhānā́ haríṇīḥ śyenī́r asyá kṛṣṇā́ dhānā́ rohíṇīr dhenávas te | tilávatsā ū́rjam asmái dúhānā víśvāhā santu anapasphurántīḥ ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Eni-cows of grain, tawny; Śyenī-cows of grain—black, and ruddy—these be thy cows. With sesame for calves, yielding him nourishment, let them be for all days, unfaltering.

Translation

ധാന്യത്തിന്റെ ഏനീ-ധേനുക്കൾ—ഹരിണീ (സ്വർണ്ണവർണ്ണം); ധാന്യത്തിന്റെ ശ്യേനീ-ധേനുക്കൾ—കൃഷ്ണയും രോഹിണിയും—ഇവയാണ് നിന്റെ ധേനുക്കൾ. എള്ളുകിടാവുകളുള്ളവ, അവനു പോഷണ-ഊർജം പാൽ ആയി ദോഹിച്ച്, എല്ലാ ദിവസങ്ങളിലും അചഞ്ചലമായി, വിറയാതെ (അനപസ്ഫുരന്തീഃ) ഇരിക്കട്ടെ.
