Transliteration

vārttā daṇḍanītiś ceti bārhaspatyāḥ

Translation

ബാർഹസ്പത്യരുടെ അഭിപ്രായത്തിൽ വിദ്യകൾ (മാത്രം) വാർത്താ (സാമ്പത്തിക ജീവിക)യും ദണ്ഡനീതി (ദണ്ഡാധിഷ്ഠിത ഭരണശാസ്ത്രം)യും ആണ്।
