Transliteration
pādaguṇahīnaḥ parimitārthaḥ
Translation
(ദൂതൻ) ആവശ്യമായ കഴിവുകളിൽ കുറവുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ, അവന് പരിമിത ലക്ഷ്യം (കൂടാതെ പരിമിത അധികാരം) നൽകണം.
